New Members of the Friends of the West Highland Lines are always welcome. The more members belonging to the Society, the more effective we are at arguing our case for improvements to the service. As a member you will receive three copies annually of the Society’s magazine ‘West Highland News Plus’. It is packed with news, historical features and high quality images of the lines and much more, including other items of Scottish railway news and interest. In addition it includes a feature ‘On the Waterfront‘ about Scotland’s ferries and pleasure vessels. Other benefits include free entry to Glenfinnan Station Museum and 15% discount on the Sleeping Car when arriving by train.
